Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new challenge?

Avanti Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of Full-Time Receptionists on behalf of our client who is a luxury, well known hotel and spa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our all customers of both the hotel and spa. The Receptionist will play a vital role in creating an outstanding first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out using the bespoke system
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Take payment for outstanding amounts, managing bills and supporting with the financial function
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Provide information to guests about products, services and local information
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required

Working hours are five out of seven days, inclusive of weekends.
