Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a new challenge?

Avanti Personnel have a superb Accounts Administrator vacancy to join a very well established and ever-expanding organisation based in Bedale.

Duties will include;

  • Inputting delivery notes onto the transport system, scanning, filing and raising customer invoices.
  • Dealing with incoming queries from suppliers and customers.
  • Processing of purchase invoices and monthly payments.
  • Processing customer receipts.
  • Supplying remittances and statements.
  • Credit control.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.

Part of this role will be supporting the finance team of one of the organisations subsidiary companies, helping maintain and develop an effective accounting process.

The successful candidate will be a confident and articulate individual with previous experience using Sage 50 accounts.

This fantastic opportunity is offering full time employment, working 40 hours a week.
